Janina Eckert (Diploma in Business Administration, Leuphana University of Lüneburg) · Founder & Owner, Eckert Consulting Berlin (ECB)
Finance & Controlling Transformation Consulting focused on planning, integrated processes, strong leadership, and teams with a strong sense of self-efficacy.
Since 2015, I have been advising companies at the intersection of organizational structures, processes, and IT.
An important foundation of my professional background is my degree in Business Administration, specializing in Controlling and Business Information Systems, from Leuphana University of Lüneburg. My business expertise is complemented by the systemic perspective I developed during my training at the SySt® Institute in Munich. This perspective shapes my consulting approach and the way I work, providing a framework for how I understand people, organizations, and change processes.
I am most passionate about working where people, processes, and IT systems interact.
My professional journey has taken me through roles in manufacturing and corporate environments, as well as leadership positions in Finance and IT consulting, before becoming self-employed. Today, I combine extensive expertise in Finance, Controlling, and IT systems with systemic consulting and the development of leaders, teams, and organizations.
My work encompasses three interconnected areas of expertise: Functional Consulting, Management Consulting, and Leadership & Team Development. I support companies at the intersection of people, processes, and IT systems – from analyzing requirements and designing functional solutions to developing organizations and guiding transformation processes. This approach creates solutions that are professionally sound and effective at both organizational and human levels.
In my work, I focus on underlying structural patterns – the often implicit distinctions, operating logics, and decision-making rules that shape how organizations and teams act. I work across three interconnected dimensions: “Trust & Communication”, “Structures & Processes”, and “Knowledge & Competencies”.
Using systemic tools, formats, and frameworks, these dimensions can be made visible and open to discussion. This creates new opportunities for developing sustainable solutions, supports collaborative learning, and fosters the strengths and capabilities of leaders and teams.
Today, I work with a growing team that brings together diverse functional and technological expertise and perspectives.
For us, effective solutions emerge at the intersection of professional expertise, human connection, and technology.
